The MediReva ordering app offers customers a convenient platform to place orders for medical supplies and care materials at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes essential items such as stoma products, incontinence supplies, wound care materials, medical nutrition, and diabetes aids.

To access the MediReva ordering app, users must have an online account with MediReva. If you have previously placed an order through the website www.medireva.nl or an earlier version of the MediReva app (medireva.nl/app), you can log in using the same account credentials.

If you do not yet have an online account, registration is straightforward and can be completed at www.medireva.nl/registreren, where you will need your customer number. Should you require assistance obtaining a customer number, you can contact our customer service at 0800 – 0 201 201.

The app allows users to easily place new orders or reorder past supplies. It features a tracking system for monitoring delivery status and includes an overview of order history. When placing an order, customers can choose between standard or alternative delivery addresses. Additionally, there is an option to collect orders directly from MediReva locations in Maastricht or Gronsveld. The ordering process is streamlined into four simple steps, with delivery expected within 24 hours.
